JCB 3CX BACKHOE ADDS OPTION FOR PILOT CONTROLS   

JCB’s entry-level backhoe, the 14-foot 3CX, is now available with optional pilot controls.

Customers have recently asked the company to develop pilot controls for the 3CX, which traditionally has been offered only with manual controls. The addition of pilot controls to the 3CX allows operators to adapt from operating an excavator to a backhoe without having to change the way they are used to working. The 3CX is built in Savannah, Ga.
