The GMK4100L-1 all-terrain crane is a four-axle unit with 100 tons of capacity. It replaces the GMK4100L. Compared to the predecessor, the dash 1 upgrade delivers 6.9 percent better load charts when it its 26.2-ton maximum counterweight configuration. The 60-meter boom is paired with an 18-meter telescopic swing-away jib that can be extended with an 8-meter boom extension for a total jib length of 26 meters.

Crane width has been reduced to 2.55 meters compared to 2.75 for the predecessor, and overall length is 0.5 meters shorter. A Tier 4-Final Mercedes-Benz OM470LA powers the crane and has about 429 horsepower at 1,700 rpm and about 1,548 lb.-ft. of torque at 1,300 rpm.
