CAT: NEW APPOINTMENTS FOR THE NEW YEAR
As Jim Umpleby begins his term as Caterpillar’s new chief executive officer, Cat announces several changes in its executive line up.
- Tom Pellette is now Group President of Energy & Transportation.
- Bob De Lange is now Group President of Construction Industries.
- Billy Ainsworth is now Senior Vice President and strategic advisor to the Caterpillar Executive Office. In addition to his new responsibilities, Ainsworth will continue to have responsibility for Caterpillar’s Rail Division
- Kent Adams, President and Chief Executive Officer of Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation and Caterpillar vice president of the Financial Products Division, has elected to retire.
- Mike DeWalt, Vice President of the Finance Services Division, has elected to retire.
- Joe Creed is now Vice President of the Finance Services Division.
- Zack Kauk takes over as Vice President of the Excavation Division.
- Dave Walton is President and CEO of Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation and Caterpillar vice president of the Financial Products Division.
- Jill Daugherty is now Chief Audit Officer
- Kyle Epley takes his seat as Corporate Controller.
