Plaza Construction Names Maria Molina Director of Human Resources in Miami
Miami–Plaza Construction recently named Maria Molina as director of human resources in its Southeast Regional office located in Miami.
Molina holds a Professional in Human Resources certificate and has more than 15 years of experience in the HR field. She will provide strategic leadership and direction for the HR Department ensuring that all programs and initiatives support the company’s mission, goals, and objectives.
“Maria Molina’s depth of experience in managing employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, organizational development and employee retention will be a major asset to Plaza Construction,” said Brad Meltzer, president of Plaza Construction Southeast Region.
Molina holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Florida International University.
Plaza Construction recently appointed two industry veterans as well, including Joe Cerri and Robert Thompson. Both, with 35 years of experience, have been named vice presidents at the firm’s Southeast Regional office located in Miami.
